Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel their subscription within 7 days of purchase if services are not activated.
- Once services are activated and login credentials are provided, cancellation is not allowed.
- Any request for cancellation must be raised through the official support channel (team@islisha.com).
Refund Policy
- Full refund will be processed only if cancellation is done before activation of the service.
- No refund will be provided once services are active and accessed by the user.
- Refund (if applicable) will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Refunds and cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis and final decision will be taken by the Islisha ERP team.
- All disputes are subject to company policies and jurisdiction.
