Refund Cancellation

At Islisha ERP, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible services to schools, students, teachers, and administrators. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is requested.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their subscription within 7 days of purchase if services are not activated.
  • Once services are activated and login credentials are provided, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Any request for cancellation must be raised through the official support channel (team@islisha.com).

Refund Policy

  • Full refund will be processed only if cancellation is done before activation of the service.
  • No refund will be provided once services are active and accessed by the user.
  • Refund (if applicable) will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Refunds and cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis and final decision will be taken by the Islisha ERP team.
  • All disputes are subject to company policies and jurisdiction.
