Terms & Conditions

1. Payment and Refunds
All fees for purchased plans are non-refundable. Once a plan is purchased, no refunds or cancellations will be processed for any reason.

2. Plan Upgrades and Changes
Users cannot upgrade, downgrade, or change their current plan until the active subscription period ends. Any changes to the plan can only be made after the completion or expiration of the existing plan.

3. Subscription Renewal
Plans will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Users will be notified in advance about upcoming renewals.

4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

5. Service Availability
Islisha ERP strives to maintain uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or updates which may temporarily affect service availability.

6. Modification of Terms
Islisha ERP may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
